Right of withdrawal


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.


The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.


To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


Alternatively, if available on our website, you may use the online withdrawal form or online withdrawal function provided. Use of this online form is voluntary and is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.


Notes (identification / hygiene / condition of the goods)
If possible, please provide your order or invoice number so that we can identify your return more quickly.


Hygiene seal: For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, there is no right of withdrawal if the seal was removed after delivery (Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB).


Inspection of the goods / compensation for loss in value: You may inspect the goods as you would be able to in a shop. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if that loss is due to handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


Effects of withdrawal


If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising because you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.


For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.


We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.


You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.


You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
